ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the deer-golf.com website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the Site.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

All products are subject to availability. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes (GST/QST or applicable provincial sales tax) are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct pricing or product errors at any time.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Orders are accepted once payment is confirmed. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets via Shopify Payments and Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including images, text, designs, logos, and the "Deer Golf" name and embroidered marks — is the property of Groupe Golf Deer and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without our written permission.

ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the Site to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe on intellectual property rights, (c) transmit viruses or malicious code, or (d) interfere with the Site's operation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groupe Golf Deer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Quebec.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
